No unauthorized recordings or reproductions of Feuer Nursing Review Content (lecture videos, study books, practice questions, etc.) may be made or shared without the company’s consent.
Any request for a refund on a Self-Paced Online Course must be made within the following timeframe:
1-month subscription — 7 days after purchase
3-month & 6-month subscription — 14 days after purchase
Any request for a refund of a Live Online Course must be made 24 hours before the first day of class.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee plus the shipping fee for the 3 Printed Study books.
Study books must be returned in new condition without any scratches, marks, tears, or signs of use to be eligible for a refund. Shipping will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable on items sent back.
Any extensions purchased for the Self-Paced Online Course and Live Online Course are non-refundable. Only a maximum of 3 course extensions is allowed.
Feuer Nursing Review has the right to deny any refund that does not fall within our policies.
If the student cannot attend the Live Online Course for unforeseen circumstances, they must inform us 24 hours before the first day of class. Refunds will depend on the situation and proof of documentation.
If a student feels that we have not met their standards and expectations, they may email us their concerns, and we will look for alternatives to accommodate your needs.
Requests to switch to a different live online class may be made before 48 hours of the class that you have registered for.
If you contact us after your class begins, you will not be eligible for a refund but can apply your payment to a future class or another product within 3 months.
If a class is canceled by Feuer Nursing Review for extraordinary circumstances, you will be given the option of a full refund or a credit to apply your payment to a future class or product.
Feuer Nursing Review records every Live Online Class conducted on Zoom. Those courses you participate in may be used in future product packages or used in promotional materials by Feuer Nursing Review.
